Due to the digital nature of our e-books, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it remains in the possession of the customer indefinitely.

No Physical Returns

As we do not sell physical goods, we do not accept physical returns or provide return shipping labels. All transactions are for digital access only.
